We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Marine Crewing / Recruiting Officer to become part of our growing maritime team. If you have a background in marine recruitment, crew coordination, or shipping operations and enjoy working in a fast-moving professional environment, this could be the right opportunity for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling crew recruitment, coordinating seafarer documentation, arranging crew changes, and supporting day-to-day crewing operations. We are searching for someone who can communicate confidently with crew members, clients, and vessel representatives while ensuring all recruitment and documentation processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
• Recruiting qualified seafarers and offshore crew
• Coordinating crew joining, sign-off, and travel arrangements
• Managing crew certificates, visas, contracts, and related documentation
• Communicating with vessels, clients, and manning agencies
• Maintaining crew schedules and availability records
• Ensuring compliance with maritime standards and company procedures
• Assisting with mobilization and offshore staffing requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in marine crewing, shipping recruitment, or offshore staffing
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Good knowledge of maritime documentation and recruitment procedures
• Familiarity with shipping or offshore operations will be an advantage
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
