Job Description

We are looking for a smart, friendly, and well-organized Receptionist to become part of our team. If you enjoy interacting with people, managing front desk activities, and creating a welcoming environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play an important role in representing the company professionally. We are searching for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle daily office responsibilities with confidence and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting arrangements
  • Maintain office records, files, and important documents
  • Guide visitors to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Support daily administrative and front desk operations
  • Coordinate with team members and management when required
  • Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and presentable
  • Assist with basic office tasks and administrative support
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive experience for all visitors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive personality
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office applications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in receptionist or front office roles will be an advantage
