We’re currently looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in the Construction Chemicals sector. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, growing business, and working closely with contractors and consultants on active construction projects.

About the Role
As our Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in expanding our customer base while strengthening relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project teams. You’ll be responsible for planning sales activities, identifying new projects, and providing technical support on construction chemical products.
You’ll also help get products specified on projects, conduct presentations, and follow up closely to convert opportunities into successful sales. This is a hands-on role where your market knowledge and people skills will directly drive business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Developing and carrying out sales plans to meet company targets
• Building long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
• Finding new projects and growing market presence
• Supporting customers with product knowledge and technical guidance
• Conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Following up on specifications and project approvals
• Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activity
• Preparing sales updates and forecasts
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries
What We’re Looking For
• At least 5 years of experience in sales within the construction chemicals industry
• Strong understanding of construction materials and chemical applications
• Proven experience working with contractors and consultants
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage sales targets
• Valid driving license
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
