We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Qatar operations and lead major IT delivery and Agile transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who has spent several years managing complex technology projects and guiding teams through modern Agile practices.
The successful candidate will work closely with both business leaders and technology teams to ensure that projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and in line with organizational goals. You will play a key role in helping teams adopt Agile ways of working while ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and focused on delivering real business value.

About the Role
In this position, you will oversee the planning and delivery of large-scale IT projects and transformation programs. Your work will involve coordinating with multiple teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that every stage of the project is aligned with business objectives.
Beyond managing projects, you will also help guide teams through Agile transformation, supporting them in adopting frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and other scaled Agile practices. You will act as a mentor and facilitator, helping teams improve collaboration, efficiency, and overall delivery performance.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders, able to simplify complex challenges, and capable of building strong relationships across different departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise-level IT projects and transformation initiatives
- Guide teams in adopting Agile frameworks and modern delivery practices
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved
- Support teams in using Agile metrics, OKRs, and performance indicators
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
- Provide coaching and guidance to project teams and leaders
- Ensure smooth communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Identify potential project risks and ensure issues are resolved effectively
- Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management platforms to track progress
Skills and Experience
Experience
- 12+ years of experience in IT project delivery
- At least 7 years of experience working with Agile methodologies and transformation initiatives
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects or enterprise programs
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and modern technology teams
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including:
- SAFe
- Scrum
- Kanban
- LeSS
- Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD)
- Good understanding of Agile metrics, OKRs, and value tracking
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Ability to connect business goals with technical solutions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Background
- Experience working in the banking or financial services sector
- Ability to adapt Agile frameworks to suit the needs of different teams and organizations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience conducting Agile workshops, training sessions, or team coaching
