We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated HSE Engineer to join our electrical project team in Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about workplace safety, environmental protection, and creating a strong safety culture on site.

About the Role
As an HSE Engineer, you will lead health, safety, and environmental activities across project sites. Your main goal will be to ensure everyone goes home safely each day while making sure all work is carried out according to company policies and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) requirements.
You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, supervisors, and workers to prevent incidents, improve safety performance, and maintain complete HSE documentation.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Overseeing daily HSE activities on site
• Making sure all safety rules and environmental procedures are followed
• Carrying out regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Identifying hazards and helping teams correct unsafe conditions
• Leading toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions
• Supporting incident investigations and helping prevent future occurrences
• Preparing and maintaining HSE plans, reports, and records
• Ensuring all SEC and company-required documentation is properly completed
• Coordinating with project teams and subcontractors on safety matters
• Promoting continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance
What We’re Looking For
• At least 10 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Approved HSE Engineer by Saudi Electricity Company (SEC)
• Minimum 2 years of experience on SEC substation projects
• NEBOSH General Certificate (GC)
• Certified in IOSH Managing Safely and OSHA 30-Hour Occupational Health & Safety
• Strong knowledge of SEC safety and environmental systems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety and compliance
