Full-Time HSE Officer Careers in Saudi Arabia | Urgent Aramco Project Hiring
Job Description
We’re currently looking for a highly experienced HSE Officer to join a team working on Saudi Aramco projects, including SAWCOD LSTK sites, RTC, UR, HW Units, and drilling/workover operations.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure everything on-site runs safely and in line with Saudi Aramco HSE standards. You’ll be actively involved in daily operations—keeping an eye on risks, guiding teams, and making sure safety procedures are followed at all times.
It’s a hands-on position where your experience will directly impact the safety of people and the success of the project.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making sure all activities meet Saudi Aramco safety requirements and audit standards
- Organizing and leading emergency drills (Fire, H2S, Medical Evacuation, Spill Response, Vertical Rescue)
- Delivering safety training sessions like Working at Height, H2S Awareness, PTW, and Drop Object Prevention
- Leading daily pre-tour talks and monthly safety meetings to maintain a zero-incident culture
- Carrying out risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before work starts
- Conducting regular site inspections and internal audits
- Reporting and investigating incidents, and ensuring corrective actions are taken
- Keeping all safety records and documentation up to date
- Working closely with teams to ensure safe execution of all tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an RSTC Site HSE Coordinator (this is required)
- Strong background working on Saudi Aramco projects
- Solid understanding of Aramco HSE policies and procedures
- Proven ability to maintain high safety standards and support team development
- Experience in drilling, workover, or large industrial projects
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or similar are a strong advantage
- Additional safety certifications (H2S, First Aid, Fire Safety, Working at Height) are a plus
