Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. If you have a good understanding of UAE labour laws and enjoy working closely with people and HR processes, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day HR activities and support the company in managing employees, documentation, and compliance. You’ll play an important part in making sure HR operations run smoothly and in line with UAE regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of HR experience within the UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
- Experience handling HR documentation and employee records
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage
- Well-organized, professional, and able to work independently
