Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sales Representative who has hands-on experience in HVAC and MEP sales. If you enjoy meeting clients, understanding project needs, and turning opportunities into successful deals, this role is a great fit. You’ll be part of a growing team, working on exciting projects while building strong relationships across the industry.
This position is perfect for someone who understands both the technical and sales sides of HVAC systems and can confidently handle the complete sales process—from the first client interaction to closing the deal.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Promoting our HVAC solutions to consultants, contractors, and end clients
- Identifying new business opportunities through site visits, networking, and market research
- Reviewing project drawings and collecting details needed for pricing and estimation
- Preparing and presenting customized proposals based on client requirements
- Following up on submitted quotations and converting leads into confirmed orders
- Building long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Keeping track of ongoing projects and updating the sales pipeline regularly
- Working towards achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Preparing regular updates on sales performance and project progress
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, or technical sales
- Good understanding of HVAC systems like DX units, VRF systems, chillers, AHU, and ventilation
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A valid driving license
- Existing connections with clients in the Eastern Province will be an added advantage
- A background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
Extra Skills That Will Help You Stand Out:
- Experience in B2B sales and handling key client accounts
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Confidence in presenting ideas and solutions to clients
