About the Role
In this position, you’ll be handling day-to-day data-related tasks, making sure all information is entered correctly and kept up to date. Your work will help the team stay organized and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Enter and update data accurately into company systems
- Check and review information to make sure everything is correct
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel
- Support daily back office and administrative tasks
- Keep all company data safe and confidential
- Coordinate with team members when updates or corrections are needed
- Stay consistent with daily work targets and accuracy levels
What We’re Looking For
- Female candidates only
- Indian nationals (applications accepted from India)
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, back office, or similar roles
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Good typing speed with strong accuracy
- Someone who is organized, focused, and reliable
- Ability to handle work independently and meet deadlines

- Experience working with large amounts of data
- Basic knowledge of Excel formulas and reporting
- Familiarity with CRM systems or data entry tools
- Experience in office or corporate environments
