About the Role
As our IT Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the company’s entire IT environment. From servers and networks to user support and security systems, you’ll make sure everything stays reliable, secure, and efficient.
You’ll lead the IT support team, work closely with vendors, and plan system upgrades that help the business grow. You’ll also play an important role in setting IT policies and improving processes across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
- Lead the IT support team and ensure quick response to technical issues
- Create and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security controls
- Plan and carry out system upgrades and technology improvements
- Keep systems secure with proper backups and disaster recovery plans
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain service quality
- Support staff with technical guidance and troubleshooting
- Manage IT assets, licenses, and basic budgeting
- Identify risks and recommend improvements to strengthen IT operations
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field
- 7–10 years of IT experience, including leadership or management roles
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
- Experience leading IT teams and handling multiple priorities
- Good problem-solving and planning skills
- Clear communication and team coordination abilities
- Valid Iqama is required
