We’re looking for an energetic team player who can support our sales team and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Support the IT sales team in promoting company products and solutions
- Help prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents
- Respond to customer inquiries and share basic information about food products and services
- Keep customer records and follow-up details updated in the system
- Coordinate with technical, presales, and operations teams
- Help organize sales meetings, client presentations, and product demonstrations
- Track sales orders and delivery schedules
- Carry out basic market research on competitors and pricing
- Prepare regular sales updates for management
- Support after-sales activities such as renewals and customer follow-ups
- Make sure paperwork is completed correctly and follows company guidelines
- Learn about company products and new technologies
IT Export & Import Assistant Officer
This role supports our logistics and international trade operations, especially for food products.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with export and import activities
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders
- Work with freight forwarders, shipping lines, couriers, and customs agents
- Support customs clearance and ensure regulations are followed
- Track shipments and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
- Keep logistics records organized and up to date
- Help calculate duties, taxes, and freight costs
- Communicate with overseas suppliers and internal teams
- Support inventory tracking for imported IT equipment
- Help manage warranties and regulatory paperwork
- Prepare routine shipment reports
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics team
IT Assistant Officer – Graphic Designer (Product Development Department)
We’re also welcoming a Graphic Designer IT Assistant Officer with 1–2 years of experience to support our Product Development team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creative work and wants hands-on experience with digital products.
What You’ll Do
- Design creative visuals including banners, mockups, and digital content
- Create graphics for websites, mobile apps, dashboards, and internal systems
- Support UI/UX design to improve user experience
- Develop icons, infographics, illustrations, and presentation materials
- Make sure designs follow company branding
- Update designs based on feedback
- Create visual guides and documentation
- Prepare design files for developers
- Organize and maintain design assets
- Stay updated with design trends and tools
- Complete tasks on time while maintaining quality
