Requirements
- ITI qualification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience working with VRF/VRV systems
- Strong knowledge of installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC equipment
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
What You’ll Be Doing
As a VRF Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that air conditioning systems operate efficiently and reliably. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing and commissioning VRF/VRV air conditioning systems
- Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults
- Ensuring optimal system performance and energy efficiency
- Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and system adjustments
- Maintaining accurate service and maintenance records
- Following company safety procedures and quality standards
- Working closely with supervisors and maintenance teams to complete assigned tasks
