We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Sales Head who truly understands the drilling and oil & gas industry and knows how to turn opportunities into real business growth. If you’ve built your career in sales leadership, enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, and have strong connections in the Eastern Province, this could be the right next step for you.

What This Role Is About:
In this position, you won’t just manage sales—you’ll shape the direction of it. You’ll lead from the front, guide your team, and play a key role in expanding our presence across the region. From building client relationships to closing high-value deals, your work will directly impact the company’s growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking full ownership of sales strategy and execution within the drilling sector
  • Exploring new business opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
  • Leading and motivating a sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets
  • Keeping a close eye on market trends and competitor activity
  • Managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance tracking
  • Handling negotiations, tenders, and contract discussions with confidence
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid experience in drilling sales, oil & gas sales, or industrial sales
  • Around 8–12 years of experience, including time in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of the Eastern Province market
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Confidence in negotiation, client handling, and decision-making
  • A natural leader who can inspire and guide a team
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a target-driven environment

Preferred Background:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Additional qualifications like an MBA are a plus
  • Familiarity with tendering, contracts, and commercial processes
