About the Role
As our Purchasing Assistant, you’ll help keep our procurement activities running smoothly. You’ll communicate with both local and international suppliers, follow up on orders, prepare reports, and support the supply chain team with everyday tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Communicate with suppliers by email regarding prices, orders, and deliveries
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare purchase orders, price comparisons, and basic reports
- Maintain supplier records and contact details
- Follow up with vendors to ensure materials arrive on time
- Support the procurement and supply chain team with daily tasks
- Prepare Excel reports and organize purchasing documents
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements
- Track order status and update management when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong professional email communication skills
- Good negotiation ability with suppliers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of purchasing and procurement processes
