We are currently urgently looking for a qualified Scaffolding Supervisor to join its team. This role is perfect for someone who has solid experience in scaffolding supervision, construction site safety, and managing scaffold teams on active project sites.
As a Scaffolding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing scaffolding activities and ensuring that all scaffold structures are installed, inspected, and dismantled safely. Your role will be essential in maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring that all scaffolding systems follow industry safety standards and project requirements.
The ideal candidate should hold a CISSR (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) certification and have practical experience supervising scaffolding work on construction, infrastructure, or industrial project sites.

About the Role
In this role, you will supervise all scaffolding operations on-site, making sure that structures are built correctly and safely to support construction or maintenance work.
You will work closely with site engineers, project supervisors, safety officers, and scaffolding crews to ensure that scaffolding systems meet the necessary safety and structural requirements.
Your responsibilities will also include inspecting scaffolding structures regularly, identifying potential safety concerns, and making sure that workers follow approved safety procedures when working at height.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures
- Ensure all scaffolding systems meet safety standards and site requirements
- Carry out regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure stability and safety
- Guide scaffolding workers to follow proper safety procedures and work practices
- Coordinate with site management and safety teams during scaffolding operations
- Identify potential safety risks and take action to prevent accidents
- Ensure scaffolding materials and equipment are used correctly and maintained properly
- Keep records related to scaffolding inspections and safety compliance
- Support teams working at height by providing safe and reliable scaffolding structures
Qualifications & Requirements
- CISSR Certification (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) – Mandatory
- At least 3–5 years of experience working as a Scaffolding Supervisor or in a similar role
- Good understanding of scaffolding systems and construction safety standards
- Experience supervising scaffolding teams on construction or industrial sites
- Ability to identify safety hazards and ensure safe work practices
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in the following areas will have an advantage:
- Construction and infrastructure projects
- Industrial or maintenance scaffolding work
- Oil & Gas or heavy industrial project environments
- Scaffolding safety inspections and site compliance
