Job Description
We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Representative with a true hunter mindset to join our team and help expand our reach in the logistics and supply chain industry.
This role is all about going out there, creating opportunities, and turning them into long-term partnerships—whether it’s large corporate contracts or fast-moving e-commerce clients.
About the Role
You’ll be working across two exciting areas:
- B2B: Warehousing, freight forwarding, and large-scale logistics contracts
- B2C: E-commerce fulfilment, last-mile delivery, and tailored solutions for online brands
From the first conversation to closing the deal, you’ll be the person driving growth and building relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to potential clients through calls, networking, and online platforms
- Finding new business opportunities in logistics, warehousing, and delivery services
- Understanding what clients need and offering the right logistics solutions
- Presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals confidently
- Managing your pipeline and keeping track of leads using CRM tools
- Working closely with operations to ensure everything runs smoothly after onboarding
- Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business
- Hitting (and exceeding) your monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2+ years of experience in logistics, 3PL, freight forwarding, or similar sales roles
- Someone who can handle both corporate clients and e-commerce businesses with ease
- A strong network in the logistics or supply chain field is a big plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, confident, and focused on results
- Comfortable working in a target-based, high-reward environment
