Job Description
We’re looking to welcome experienced MEP Engineers to our team in the UAE. If you have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works and several years of hands-on experience on UAE construction projects, this could be a great opportunity for you.

About the Role
As an MEP Engineer, you’ll play an important part in overseeing MEP activities from installation through to testing and handover. You’ll work closely with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure all systems are completed according to approved drawings, project requirements, and timelines.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supervising site works, reviewing technical drawings, coordinating materials, monitoring progress, and resolving any technical issues that arise on site. You’ll also help support commissioning activities and ensure quality and safety standards are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise MEP installation works on site
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other engineering teams
- Review shop drawings and material submittals
- Monitor project progress and support scheduling
- Ensure quality control and site safety compliance
- Assist with testing, commissioning, and final handover
- Identify and resolve technical challenges on site
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7–8 years of UAE project experience (mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage site activities independently
- Experience in residential or commercial projects is an added advantage
