We’re on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Telecom Engineer to join one of our major infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on large-scale developments and has a strong background in ICT and telecom systems, especially structured cabling and fibber optic networks.

In this role, you’ll be involved from design through to execution, ensuring that telecom and ICT systems are delivered efficiently, meet international standards, and perform reliably on-site.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Designing and reviewing telecom and ICT infrastructure systems from start to finish
• Working with structured cabling systems (UTP, Cat6, Cat6A, Cat7) and fiber optic networks (single-mode and multi-mode)
• Planning and managing OSP (Outside Plant) and ISP (Inside Plant) network installations
• Overseeing the setup of MDF, IDF, and telecom rooms
• Supporting ELV systems like CCTV, access control, Wi-Fi, and IP telephony
• Making sure everything aligns with international standards such as TIA, ISO, ANSI, and BICSI
• Reviewing drawings, method statements, and technical reports
• Coordinating daily with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Supervising testing and commissioning activities, including fibber testing and cable certification
• Visiting sites regularly to monitor progress and maintain quality standards
• Troubleshooting telecom and network issues and providing practical solutions
• Keeping proper documentation for project handover and reporting
What We’re Looking For
• Solid, hands-on experience with both passive and active telecom systems (this is essential)
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling and fibber optic installation, splicing, and testing
• Familiarity with ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, and data networks
• Good understanding of basic networking concepts like IP addressing and switching
• At least 7+ years of experience in telecom or ICT-related roles
• Experience working on large projects like commercial buildings, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments
• Ability to manage site activities and handle deadlines confidently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
Added Advantage
• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
• Certifications like BICSI, CCNA, or Fibber Optic training
• Previous experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
