Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who can take full ownership of major electrical projects in Riyadh. If you’ve handled large-scale EPC or construction projects and enjoy leading teams, solving challenges, and delivering results, this role could be a great fit.
In this position, you’ll be involved in everything—from early planning and design coordination to execution, testing, and final handover. It’s a hands-on leadership role where your decisions directly impact project success, timelines, and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and manage electrical projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with engineering teams to review designs and technical documents
- Make sure everything meets IEC, NEC, and local regulatory standards
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to keep things moving smoothly
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Keep track of progress, budgets, and timelines—and step in early if something needs attention
- Oversee on-site work including installation, testing, and commissioning
- Ensure safety standards (HSE) and quality procedures (QA/QC) are followed at all times
- Prepare regular updates, reports, and project forecasts
- Handle any changes, risks, or challenges that come up along the way
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Around 10+ years of experience working on electrical projects
- At least 5 years in a Project Manager role
- Strong understanding of power systems (LV, MV, HV)
- Experience in construction, EPC, or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with tools like Primavera or MS Project is a plus
- PMP certification is an added advantage
Additional Requirements
- You should currently be based in Riyadh
- You’ve managed projects worth more than SAR 10 million
- Experience with major clients like utilities or government entities is a plus
- Immediate availability or a short notice period will be preferred
