We are currently looking for a dedicated Office Admin to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, coordinating with different departments, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth administrative workflow. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
This position is perfect for someone who has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with office coordination and ERP systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration and coordination tasks
- Maintain office records, reports, and important documents
- Coordinate with sales and other internal departments
- Handle emails, calls, and office correspondence professionally
- Support management with administrative and reporting tasks
- Update records and prepare reports using ERP software
- Organize schedules, meetings, and office activities
- Ensure smooth and efficient office operations
Requirements:
- Valid Iqama is required
- Previous experience in office administration and sales coordination
- Fluent English communication skills
- Knowledge of ERP software is mandatory
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
