Job Description

We’re currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative professional to join our team in Bahrain. This role is ideal for an Indian candidate who has accounting knowledge and can confidently handle both office administration and basic accounting responsibilities.

If you’re comfortable working with Tally, Excel, and VAT-related tasks, and you enjoy keeping things organized and running smoothly, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As our Office Administrative team member, you’ll be supporting daily office operations while assisting with accounting activities. Your role will be important in ensuring that records are accurate, documentation is organized, and day-to-day administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

We’re looking for someone responsible, focused, and able to manage multiple tasks without compromising accuracy. A positive attitude and willingness to learn will be highly valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recording daily accounting entries and maintaining proper records
• Working on Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime for bookkeeping tasks
• Preparing reports and maintaining data using Microsoft Excel
• Assisting with VAT filing preparation and documentation
• Preparing invoices and supporting payment tracking
• Managing office documentation and maintaining organized files
• Handling official emails and basic communication
• Supporting management with routine reports and updates
• Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed on time

What We’re Looking For

• Indian candidate with at least 2 years of experience in accounting or administration
• Good working knowledge of Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime, Excel, and VAT filing
• M com qualification preferred
• Good communication skills
• Currently in Bahrain or willing to relocate
• Strong attention to detail and organized working style
• Responsible, sincere, and committed to the role
