Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marine Works Supervisor / Foreman to join its growing operations team. We are seeking a motivated professional with strong experience in marine maintenance, vessel repair, shipyard activities, and offshore operations.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supervising day-to-day marine works, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily marine repair, maintenance, and operational activities
• Coordinate workforce, equipment, and materials for ongoing marine projects
• Monitor vessel maintenance, drydock works, and offshore support operations
• Ensure all works are carried out according to safety and quality standards
• Guide and support marine technicians, welders, fitters, riggers, and operational crews
• Prepare work progress reports and update management on project status
• Assist in planning marine engineering activities and maintenance schedules
• Maintain smooth communication between site teams, engineers, and management
Requirements:
• Previous experience in marine operations, shipyard projects, or offshore services
• Strong knowledge of vessel maintenance, hull repair, and marine engineering works
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in drydock operations or offshore support vessels will be an advantage
• Gulf experience is preferred but not mandatory
