We are currently looking for an experienced Planning Engineer (Saudi Aramco Approved) to join their team for ongoing oil & gas and petrochemical projects in Saudi Arabia. If you’re someone who enjoys working with project schedules, tracking progress, and keeping everything on time and on track, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating and updating detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Setting up baseline plans based on project scope, timelines, and key milestones
- Keeping a close eye on project progress and comparing it with planned schedules
- Spotting delays or risks early and suggesting practical solutions
- Supporting delay analysis and helping with Extension of Time (EOT) documentation
- Preparing clear and accurate weekly and monthly progress reports for clients, including Saudi Aramco
- Building simple and effective reports like S-curves, manpower charts, and dashboards
- Working closely with engineering, procurement, and site teams to keep everything aligned
- Attending progress meetings and contributing to project discussions
- Making sure all planning activities follow Saudi Aramco standards and requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)
- Must be a Saudi Aramco Approved Planning Engineer (this is essential)
- Around 7–10 years of experience in planning and scheduling
- At least 3–5 years of experience working on Saudi Aramco projects
- Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6
- Background in EPC, oil & gas, or petrochemical projects
- Someone who can stay organized, manage timelines, and communicate well with teams
