About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll be handling projects from the early planning stage all the way through to completion. You’ll be coordinating with teams, managing budgets, and making sure deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site activities and keeping projects on track
- Planning schedules and making sure each phase of the project runs smoothly
- Preparing budgets, estimates, and tracking project costs
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Preparing tender documents and reviewing project bids
- Selecting and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors
- Making sure materials are ordered and delivered on time
- Monitoring work quality and ensuring safety standards are followed
- Handling any site issues or delays and finding quick solutions
- Keeping proper records and updating project progress regularly
- Managing final inspections and ensuring smooth project handover
Tools & Skills You’ll Use
- Working with tools like AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and estimating software
- Reading and understanding drawings, plans, and technical documents
- Managing budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates
- Coordinating multiple teams and tasks at once
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Good understanding of construction methods and materials
- Confidence in handling teams, vendors, and clients
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
- Experience with turnkey or design-build projects is a plus
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Professional certifications like CPE are an added advantage
