Job Description
We’re currently hiring a Bid / Contract Specialist (Male/Female) to support our growing business by managing tenders, proposals, and contract documentation from start to finish.
In this role, you won’t just be handling paperwork — you’ll be at the heart of the bidding process, helping the team understand client requirements, prepare strong proposals, and ensure everything is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Go through RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents carefully to understand what the client is looking for
- Break down project requirements and highlight key points for internal teams
- Spot any risks, special conditions, or gaps and share them with the sales team early
- Prepare and organize bid documents, proposals, and contracts with a high level of accuracy
- Work closely with technical, commercial, and finance teams to gather the right inputs
- Make sure all submissions meet client expectations and company standards
- Keep track of all bids, submissions, contracts, and project backlog in an organized manner
- Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure nothing is missed
- Support the team during post-bid discussions, clarifications, and contract finalization
- Review contract details like payment terms, penalties, warranties, and key clauses
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in bid management, tendering, or contract administration
- Good understanding of how RFQs/RFPs and tender processes work
- Ability to read and understand both technical and commercial documents
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Someone who can manage multiple tasks and still meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different teams
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word)
It’s a Plus If You Have
- Experience working in construction, engineering, MEP, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, or online tender portals
- Knowledge of pricing, cost estimation, or commercial evaluation
