Job Description
We’re looking for a highly experienced Quality Manager to join our project team in Saudi Arabia. This role is best suited for a senior quality professional who has strong mechanical QA/QC experience and has worked on large-scale industrial projects.
If you have hands-on experience with ARAMCO and/or SABIC projects and are comfortable leading quality teams while coordinating with clients and inspectors, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
As a Quality Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for all quality-related activities on the project. You’ll make sure systems are followed, standards are met, and the QA/QC team works effectively to deliver work that meets client and project expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing all mechanical QA/QC activities on site
- Implementing and maintaining quality systems and procedures
- Reviewing and approving ITPs, WPS, inspection plans, and quality documents
- Coordinating inspections, audits, and quality reviews
- Working closely with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors
- Managing and guiding site QA/QC teams
- Ensuring full compliance with ARAMCO, SABIC, and project standards
- Identifying quality issues early and making sure they are resolved properly
What We’re Looking For
- At least 10 years of experience in mechanical quality management
- Mandatory experience working on ARAMCO and/or SABIC projects
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, inspections, audits, ITPs, and WPS
- Proven ability to manage QA/QC teams on large projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Available to join immediately or on a project basis
