What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to companies that are looking for manpower and recruitment support
- Bringing in new clients and job requirements
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Promoting recruitment and staffing services in a simple and effective way
- Following up with clients and keeping communication active
- Managing your own leads and working towards closing deals
- Working independently and focusing on results
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manpower, recruitment, or business development
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Ability to find new clients and convert them into business
- Confidence in speaking with companies and decision-makers
- A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude
- Ability to work on your own and manage your time
