About the Role
As a Saleslady / Waitress, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. Your role will involve assisting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, promoting products, and ensuring that every customer enjoys a positive experience.
The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them with their needs.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food, drinks, and other products in a professional manner.
- Provide product recommendations and promote special offers.
- Ensure customers receive prompt and attentive service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas.
- Assist with product displays and daily operational tasks when required.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail sales, or food and beverage service is an advantage.
- Friendly and professional personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must currently be available in Qatar.
- Valid QID is required.
- NOC (No Objection Certificate) is mandatory.
