We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, organizing sales activities, and supporting daily showroom operations.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, preparing quotations and invoices, maintaining customer records, and coordinating orders and deliveries. The role requires someone who is organized, customer-friendly, and capable of handling showroom sales activities efficiently.

About the Role
In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring that our showroom sales operations run smoothly. You will assist customers visiting the showroom, answer their questions, provide product information, and help them with their purchasing process.
Your responsibilities will also include preparing sales quotations, generating invoices, keeping customer records updated, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers in the showroom and provide product information
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data
- Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom sales operations
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Update sales reports and spreadsheets when required
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order processing
- Keep all sales documentation organized and properly maintained
Requirements
- Experience in sales coordination, showroom sales, or retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally is an advantage
- Ability to manage sales activities independently
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory
