Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to help grow our presence across Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, visiting project sites, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships within the construction and building materials sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Your daily activities will involve meeting clients, visiting construction sites, understanding customer requirements, and offering the right solutions from our product range.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Visiting customers and project sites regularly.
  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with contractors, builders, traders, and project managers.
  • Promoting our range of timber, plywood, film-faced plywood, and LVL products.
  • Following up on inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Preparing quotations and assisting customers throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
  • Providing feedback to management regarding customer needs and market opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and passionate about sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, meeting customers regularly, and driving business growth.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in building materials sales.
  • Strong experience selling timber and plywood products.
  • Knowledge of Film-Faced Plywood and LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience working with construction companies, contractors, furniture manufacturers, or building material suppliers is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
  • Professional and confident approach when dealing with clients.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage outdoor sales activities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email communication, and sales tools.

Requirements

  • Transferable IQAMA is mandatory.
  • Valid Saudi Arabian driving licence is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project visits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
