What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be out in the market, connecting with potential clients and building lasting relationships. Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Visiting clients and identifying new business opportunities
- Presenting products and services in a clear and convincing way
- Generating leads through networking, cold calls, and referrals
- Managing the full sales process—from first contact to closing the deal
- Negotiating with clients and ensuring successful conversions
- Meeting and exceeding your monthly sales targets
- Keeping track of market trends and competitor activities
- Working closely with your team to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- A valid Bahrain driving license and your own car (mandatory)
- Previous experience in outdoor or field sales is preferred
- Good communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients
- Confidence to work independently and manage your own schedule
- A positive attitude with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and communication
Added Advantage
If you have experience in industries like construction materials, trading, FMCG, or B2B/B2C sales, that’s a big plus—but not essential if you’re willing to learn and grow.
