We’re on the lookout for a confident and experienced Sales Manager who knows how to turn opportunities into real business growth. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, leading a motivated team, and working in the B2B and industrial equipment space, this could be the right move for you.
In this role, you won’t just manage sales — you’ll shape the direction of the business in your region. From planning strategies to closing deals and mentoring your team, you’ll be at the center of everything that drives revenue and customer success.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of growing sales in your region by identifying new opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Whether it’s expanding into new markets or increasing business with key accounts, your focus will always be on delivering results.
A big part of your day will involve meeting clients, understanding their needs, and offering practical, solution-based recommendations — especially in areas related to cleaning equipment, sanitation, and industrial solutions. This is a hands-on role, so being active in the field and connecting with customers regularly is essential.
At the same time, you’ll be leading a team of Sales Executives. You’ll guide them, support them in the field, and help them sharpen their selling and negotiation skills. From hiring new team members to tracking their performance, you’ll play a key role in building a strong and successful sales team.
How You’ll Work with the Team
Sales doesn’t work in isolation, and you’ll be working closely with other departments to make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll keep track of leads, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools like Zoho CRM, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
You’ll also coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to make sure products are available and delivered on time. On top of that, you’ll collaborate with service teams to offer customers ongoing support, maintenance, and service contracts — helping create long-term relationships, not just one-time sales.
Your Role in Business Performance
You’ll keep a close eye on numbers — not just sales targets, but also collections and overall financial performance. Making sure payments are received on time and managing budgets efficiently will be part of your responsibility.
Your insights and reports will help management make better decisions, so being comfortable with data and performance tracking will really help you succeed here.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and energy to the role. Ideally, you’ll have a background in B2B sales, industrial products, or equipment sales, and you’ll be comfortable handling both strategy and day-to-day execution.
You should have a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and a technical background would definitely be an advantage. Experience with CRM tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a team are all important.
Since this is a field-focused role, having a valid driving license and being open to regular travel is essential.
