This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, ERP systems, and daily finance operations. Candidates with GCC experience, especially in Saudi Arabia, will have an added advantage.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Preparing invoices, payment records, and financial reports
- Handling accounts payable and receivable activities
- Monitoring expenses, bank transactions, and reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Assisting with VAT-related work and compliance procedures
- Supporting monthly and yearly financial closing activities
- Preparing reports for management and audit purposes
- Working with ERP software and accounting systems efficiently
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations
What We Are Looking For:
- Indian, Sri Lankan, Nepalese, or Pakistani candidates are preferred
- 2–4 years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience using ERP systems and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities professionally
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in FMCG or distribution companies will be considered an advantage
