We’re currently looking for a Secretary Cum Accounts Assistant to join our team. We’re searching for someone who is organized, professional, proactive, and fluent in Arabic, with a background in accounting.

About the Role
As our Secretary Cum Accounts Assistant, you’ll be an important part of our daily operations. You’ll support management, handle office coordination, and assist with accounting-related work such as invoices, payments, and record keeping.
Your day will include managing emails and calls, preparing documents, organizing files, helping with bookkeeping, and ensuring everything in the office stays well organized. You’ll work closely with both management and the finance team to make sure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
This position suits someone who enjoys a mix of administrative and accounts duties in a professional working environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing daily office and secretarial tasks
• Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Preparing letters, reports, and basic documents
• Organizing meetings and appointments
• Keeping office files and records well maintained
• Assisting with invoices, receipts, payments, and expense tracking
• Supporting basic bookkeeping and data entry
• Helping with accounts payable and receivable
• Coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate office and financial records
• Supporting management with general administrative tasks
• Making sure all information is handled confidentially
What We’re Looking For
• Fluent Arabic speaker (English is an advantage)
• Previous experience in a similar Secretary or Accounts Assistant role
• Background in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Comfortable working with invoices, payments, and basic accounting records
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Friendly communication and people skills
• Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
