Job Description
We’re currently looking for a reliable and well-organized Secretary to join our team. If you enjoy handling communication, keeping things organized, and supporting daily office operations, this could be a great fit for you. This role is based between Jubail and Dammam, offering a stable and professional working environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling day-to-day emails and official communication
- Sending emails to clients and following up when needed
- Communicating with customers over phone and email in a clear and professional way
- Supporting the team with daily office tasks and coordination
- Keeping records organized and making sure follow-ups are done on time
- Assisting with basic documentation, reports, and data entry when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of computers (Email, MS Office, Excel)
- Someone who is organized, presentable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage tasks independently and stay on top of responsibilities
- Comfortable handling customer communication professionally
- Own transport or a reliable way to commute at least 5 days a week
