About the Role
As a Senior Finance Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day financial operations of the business. You’ll be involved in preparing reports, reviewing financial data, and helping ensure smooth month-end and year-end closing processes. You’ll also work closely with other departments to keep financial information accurate and up to date.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Analyse financial data and share insights with the finance management team
- Track revenues and expenses to ensure records are accurate and complete
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with different departments on financial reporting needs
- Ensure all work follows company financial policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in finance or accounting
- Strong background in financial reporting
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Experience in a corporate or hospitality environment is a plus
