Full-Time Senior Horticulture Engineer Job in KSA | BOQ, AutoCAD and Site Management
Job Description
We’re currently looking for a Horticulture Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for someone who has real hands-on experience in landscaping and horticulture, enjoys working on-site, and knows how to manage projects from start to finish.
If you’ve worked in the Gulf before and understand how landscaping and irrigation projects operate in this region, you’ll fit right in.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of Gulf experience in landscaping, horticulture, or irrigation projects
- Age 35 or above
- A valid Saudi (KSA) driving license
- Comfortable using AutoCAD or similar design software
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong skills in report writing, emails, and communication
You should also have a solid understanding of plants, soil, fertilizers, pest control, and irrigation systems like drip and sprinkler setups.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and managing landscaping and horticulture projects on-site
- Creating designs and layouts using AutoCAD, including irrigation plans
- Preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
- Sourcing materials like plants, fertilizers, chemicals, and irrigation equipment
- Supervising daily site work and making sure everything runs smoothly
- Carrying out site inspections, safety checks, and quality control
- Preparing reports, quotations, and presentations for clients
- Training and guiding staff to maintain good work standards
