Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor who can confidently take charge of day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure everything runs smoothly across our facilities. If you’ve built your career in building maintenance, facility management, or MEP supervision, and enjoy leading teams while keeping systems running at their best, this role could be a great fit.
In this position, you’ll be the person everyone relies on to keep the building in top condition. From handling routine inspections to managing urgent repairs, your role will be all about maintaining efficiency, safety, and reliability across all systems. You’ll also play a big part in planning and executing preventive maintenance, helping avoid breakdowns before they happen.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and guiding the maintenance team to complete daily tasks efficiently
- Overseeing all aspects of building maintenance and facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep
- Planning and managing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce unexpected issues
- Carrying out regular inspections to ensure everything is working as it should
- Making sure all work meets health and safety standards
- Coordinating with external contractors when specialized work is required
- Keeping records of maintenance activities, reports, and system performance
- Managing spare parts and ensuring tools and materials are always available
- Quickly identifying problems and finding practical solutions to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Around 10 years of solid experience in building maintenance or facility management
- Strong understanding of HVAC, MEP systems, electrical, and plumbing works
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance planning
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure
- Familiarity with maintenance reporting systems is a plus
- A valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Added Advantage:
- Experience working in commercial, residential, or large-scale facilities
- Knowledge of energy-saving practices or sustainability in building operations
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different teams
