Job Description
We’re currently on the lookout for a reliable and experienced Cashier to join a busy and well-established Arabic restaurant in Abu Dhabi. If you enjoy working with people, handling transactions smoothly, and being part of a fast-moving restaurant environment, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll be the final point of contact for customers, so creating a positive and efficient checkout experience is key. We’re looking for someone who is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable handling multiple tasks during peak hours.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling cash, card, and digital payments with accuracy
- Preparing bills and issuing receipts
- Managing the POS system and keeping transaction records up to date
- Balancing the cash register at the end of each shift
- Assisting customers with billing questions in a friendly and professional manner
- Working closely with the service team to ensure orders and payments are aligned
- Keeping your counter clean, organized, and presentable
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in an Arabic restaurant
- Basic knowledge of the Arabic language
- Confidence in using POS systems and handling transactions
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy hours
- A professional approach and strong attention to detail
