Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Safety Manager to join our team in Jubail on a long-term basis. If you have a strong background in HSE, construction safety, or industrial safety and enjoy leading teams while maintaining high safety standards, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in creating a safe and compliant work environment, ensuring that all site activities meet Saudi regulations and international HSE standards. You’ll work closely with project teams, guide safety practices on-site, and play a key role in preventing incidents before they happen.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up and maintain effective health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures
- Oversee day-to-day site safety operations and ensure everything runs safely
- Make sure all work complies with KSA safety regulations and global HSE standards
- Carry out risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections
- Investigate incidents and put practical steps in place to avoid them in the future
- Lead toolbox talks, safety training, and emergency drills
- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to enforce safety practices
- Keep all safety reports and documentation accurate and up to date
- Promote a strong safety culture with the goal of zero incidents on site
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related field
- Around 5–10 years of experience in safety management within construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects
- Solid understanding of HSE regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Certifications like NEBOSH (IGC or Diploma) are important
- Additional certifications such as IOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 are a plus
- Experience managing teams and handling large-scale projects or multiple sites
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stay organized and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
