We are currently looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team in Dammam. Whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in accounting within a stable and well-established company.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll be part of the day-to-day financial operations of the company. Your work will help ensure everything runs smoothly—from recording transactions to checking reports and supporting month-end processes. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with ERP systems and real business accounting practices.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Recording daily transactions and keeping financial data up to date
- Working with ERP systems to maintain accurate accounting records
- Handling basic accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Reconciling bank statements and following up on any differences
- Checking invoices, receipts, and documents to ensure accuracy
- Supporting monthly and year-end closing activities
- Preparing simple reports for internal use
- Keeping files and records well-organized, both digitally and physically
- Reviewing cash sales, POS transactions, and bank deposits across branches
- Coordinating with different branches to ensure all numbers match
- Identifying and resolving any mismatches in reports or records
- Assisting during audits by preparing necessary documents
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience is helpful, but freshers are also welcome
- A basic understanding of accounting principles
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- A willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members
Added Advantages
- Experience in trading or spare parts industry
- Knowledge of VAT in Saudi Arabia
- Exposure to multi-branch accounting environments
- Understanding of inventory or stock-related accounting
