We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and people-focused HR Recruitment Officer who genuinely enjoys connecting talent with the right opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work closely with team leaders to understand hiring needs and plan recruitment strategies
- Write and post clear, engaging job ads across job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Review applications, shortlist candidates, and carry out initial interviews
- Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers smoothly
- Manage the full recruitment journey — from sourcing to offer stage
- Keep recruitment data organized and up to date using tracking systems
- Support new hires during onboarding and ensure a welcoming start
- Build a strong pool of potential candidates for current and future roles
- Make sure all hiring activities follow labour laws and company policies
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Around 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
- Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools (ATS knowledge is a plus)
- Good understanding of hiring practices and labour regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone who can handle multiple roles at once without losing attention to detail
