We’re on the lookout for an experienced Delivery Operations Manager who can confidently handle day-to-day operations while keeping customers happy and services running smoothly. If you enjoy working with teams across sales, product, and engineering—and you’re comfortable in a fast-paced telecom or CPaaS environment—this could be a great fit for you.
Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this role gives you the opportunity to take real ownership of operations, work closely with enterprise clients, and contribute to high-impact communication platforms like SMS, WhatsApp Business, and Email.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the centre of operations, making sure everything runs as it should.
- Manage daily operations and ensure uninterrupted service delivery across platforms
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Support customer operations by keeping delivery commitments on track and expectations clear
- Handle product updates, feature rollouts, and system changes in a smooth and structured way
- Keep documentation updated and make sure communication across teams is always clear and timely
- Monitor ticket queues and SLAs, spotting risks early and taking action before they escalate
- Coordinate between global and regional teams, keeping time zones and local requirements in mind
- Join presales and technical discussions to explain platform capabilities, including API integrations for SMS, WhatsApp Business, and Email
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is practical, detail-oriented, and confident working with multiple teams.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of CPaaS platforms, telecom operations, and messaging services
- A structured, process-driven approach with solid reporting and documentation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities at once
- Experience with change management and operational rollouts
- Familiarity with ITIL or service management practices is a plus
Tools & Technical Exposure (Preferred)
It would be great if you’ve worked with:
- Messaging platforms (SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Email systems)
- ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk
- Monitoring tools such as Grafana or Kibana
- API tools like Postman and a basic understanding of REST APIs and integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Must have prior experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) and be based in Riyadh
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, service delivery, or technical coordination (telecom or CPaaS preferred)
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer-facing or enterprise environments is an added advantage
