- Create and execute smart social media strategies that support business growth
- Plan and publish engaging content like posts, reels, videos, and campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to increase reach and generate leads
- Keep a close eye on performance—track engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI—and continuously improve results
- Research trends, analyse competitors, and spot new opportunities to stay ahead
- Work with designers and developers to ensure everything looks and feels consistent with our brand
- Organize and manage content calendars so everything runs smoothly and on time
- Interact with followers, reply to messages, and build a strong, positive brand image
- Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns and well-optimized landing pages
- Prepare simple, clear reports that show what’s working and what needs improvement
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “manage” social media—but truly understands how to grow it.
- Experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising
- Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- A creative mindset with the ability to create content that connects with people
- Good understanding of data and the ability to turn insights into better performance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
