We’re currently looking for a reliable and well-organized Vehicle & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. If you have experience handling fleet operations, coordinating vehicle maintenance, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great opportunity for you to grow your career in the logistics and transport field.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure all company vehicles are properly maintained, safe to use, and always ready for daily operations. You’ll work closely with drivers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure everything runs efficiently without delays.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and follow up on regular vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Handle repairs and coordinate quick solutions in case of breakdowns
- Work with vendors and garages to arrange services and spare parts
- Keep track of vehicle records such as fuel usage, mileage, and service history
- Make sure all vehicles meet Saudi Arabia (KSA) safety and legal requirements
- Monitor vehicle performance and help improve efficiency and cost control
- Support day-to-day admin tasks related to fleet operations
- Prepare simple reports on vehicle usage and maintenance
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in fleet coordination, vehicle management, or maintenance
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and common issues
- Valid Saudi driving license is an added advantage
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with teams and vendors
- Comfortable using MS Excel or basic tracking systems
