Full-Time QC Supervisor Role in KSA | Construction Quality Control Job Opening

We’re currently looking for an experienced QC Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. If you’ve been working in QA/QC, construction quality control, or site inspection roles and are ready for your next step, this could be a great opportunity to move forward in your career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll take the lead in making sure all work on-site meets the required quality standards. From checking materials to reviewing completed work, you’ll be involved in every stage to ensure everything is done right and in line with project specifications.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Oversee and follow QA/QC procedures across the project
- Carry out site inspections, material checks, and final quality reviews
- Review drawings, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs)
- Keep track of quality records, reports, and documentation
- Work closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams to fix any quality issues
- Make sure all work aligns with industry standards and client requirements
- Identify areas for improvement and help maintain high-quality workmanship on-site
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Open to Filipino and Indian candidates
- 3–5 years of experience in QC / QA-QC / Quality Control roles
- Background in construction or industrial projects
- Good understanding of quality standards, inspections, and reporting
- Comfortable using MS Office and preparing reports
- Strong communication and coordination skills
