Full-Time Hiring Civil Project Manager for GCC Construction Projects
Job Description
We are looking for a experienced Civil Project Manager looking for your next big opportunity in the GCC construction industry? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our growing team and lead major civil and infrastructure projects from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in construction project management, civil engineering, site operations, and team coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil construction and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, budgets, and progress reports
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor site activities to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within approved budgets
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, QA/QC standards, and company procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction quality
- Handle procurement planning, manpower allocation, and resource management
- Identify project challenges and implement effective solutions
- Ensure smooth communication between all departments involved in the project
- Track project milestones and maintain proper project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction and project management
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site execution
- Experience working on GCC projects is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and related software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under pressure
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and quality procedures
- PMP Certification will be considered an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals who are confident, proactive, and capable of handling fast-paced construction environments. Candidates with experience in infrastructure projects, commercial buildings, industrial construction, roads, utilities, and EPC projects will be preferred.
The ideal candidate should also have:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing large teams and subcontractors
- Excellent coordination and reporting skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and project success
