Job Description
We are looking for a experienced Mechanical Supervisors to join a long-term industrial project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for dedicated professionals who have solid experience handling mechanical activities in industrial, oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or shutdown environments.
If you have strong site supervision skills, experience managing manpower, and the ability to coordinate mechanical works efficiently, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Candidates who are currently available in Jubail with valid Ajeet documentation are preferred for immediate hiring.
About the Role
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will play an important role in managing day-to-day mechanical activities at the project site. You will be responsible for supervising crews, coordinating ongoing work, ensuring safety compliance, and making sure all mechanical tasks are completed according to project standards and schedules.
The ideal candidate should be capable of working in a fast-paced industrial environment and handling site operations with confidence and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical maintenance and installation works at the site
- Coordinate daily activities with engineers, planners, and work crews
- Monitor manpower productivity and work progress
- Ensure all activities are carried out safely and efficiently
- Handle shutdown and maintenance-related activities when required
- Maintain quality standards during project execution
- Support smooth completion of mechanical works within deadlines
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Conduct site coordination and communicate with different departments
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor
- Experience in industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and supervision work
- Must currently be residing in Jubail
- Valid Ajeer is mandatory
- Ability to manage teams and handle site responsibilities independently
- GCC project experience will be an added advantage
