Job Description
We are currently hiring for a Technical Clerk – Fleet Management position at RAK Yard for a reputed company operating in a fast-paced technical environment.
We are searching for a motivated and well-organized professional who can confidently handle technical documentation, reports, filing systems, vendor records, and daily department coordination. Candidates with previous experience in fleet management, engineering support, maintenance departments, or technical administration will be highly preferred.

About the Role:
As a Technical Clerk, you will support the Fleet Management and Technical team by ensuring all documents, reports, records, and departmental files are properly maintained and updated. Your role will be important in helping the department run smoothly by keeping information organized, preparing reports, and coordinating documentation processes.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks, and communicating professionally with supervisors, vendors, and team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and documentation activities for the Technical Department
- Prepare and maintain technical reports, records, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Organize and manage filing systems and document tracking procedures
- Ensure all department documents are updated, monitored, and properly archived
- Assist in preparing internal memos and departmental correspondence
- Maintain vendor records and organize supplier information based on division activities
- Collect data and prepare reports for management review
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and operational support
- Support smooth workflow within the Fleet Management team
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all company records and technical documents
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Secondary School Certificate with technical qualification or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar Technical Clerk or Documentation role
- Previous experience in Fleet Management, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, Construction, or Technical Departments is an advantage
- Good knowledge of:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Publisher
- Familiarity with:
- SAP
- IMS systems
- Email communication
- Internet research and data management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately are preferred
