Full-Time Experienced Architectural Draftsman Required in Saudi Arabia
Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our team for high-end 4-star and 5-star hotel projects in Saudi Arabia. If you have a strong background in hospitality construction, architectural detailing, and on-site coordination, this could be the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level.
In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams to deliver world-class hospitality projects. We are searching for someone who can confidently prepare accurate drawings, support site execution activities, and ensure all architectural work is carried out according to project standards and timelines.
Candidates with previous experience in luxury hotel developments, hospitality interiors, and commercial construction projects will be highly preferred.
What You Will Be Doing
- Preparing detailed architectural drawings, layouts, plans, and construction documents for luxury hotel projects.
- Coordinating with architects, structural teams, MEP engineers, consultants, and project managers to maintain design accuracy and smooth workflow.
- Supporting the Site Manager during construction by providing technical drafting assistance and updated drawings whenever required.
- Reviewing and revising shop drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
- Assisting the construction team in resolving architectural and technical issues during execution.
- Preparing as-built drawings and maintaining proper records of revisions and project documentation.
- Ensuring all drawings comply with Saudi regulations, project specifications, and hospitality industry standards.
- Coordinating architectural details with interior fit-out and construction activities to avoid delays and design conflicts.
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
- Proven experience working on 4-star or 5-star hotel projects or luxury hospitality developments.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Architectural drafting
- Construction detailing
- Shop drawings
- Site coordination
- Hospitality construction standards
- Excellent skills in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit (preferred)
- Other architectural drafting software
- Good understanding of construction processes and coordination between different disciplines.
- Ability to work both in the office and on construction sites.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates currently based in Madinah or anywhere in Saudi Arabia.
- Applicants with GCC hospitality project experience will have an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
